Upon receiving notice of your order cancellation and its secure return, we commit to refunding the relevant portion of the purchase price for the item within 30 days, inclusive of the item's standard postage charge. However, priority fees, express build fees, or special postage charges cannot be refunded. Typographical Errors If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing information error from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders based on the incorrect price, irrespective of order confirmation.

Payment Method When placing an order, accurate address and telephone details registered with your credit card issuer are essential. Goods can only be shipped to an address registered with your card issuer for security reasons. Any incorrect or outdated information held by the issuer should be updated by you, as we accept no liability for delays or order cancellations resulting from this.

Goods Availability Product availability is subject to change, and items may be withdrawn at any time. Our policy is to inform you in case of an out-of-stock product, and if you choose not to proceed with the order or if, for any reason, we cannot supply the product, we will facilitate the cancellation of the order.

We provide an extended range of products obtained directly from distributors and manufacturers. These items are contingent on stock availability and delivery dates set by the respective parties' delivery services. Our practice is to contact you and explain the stock and delivery status for these products. If you decide not to proceed with the order, we will arrange for its cancellation.

Product Returns Regulations - ElectroDons

1. Returns of Open Products:
a. We do not accept returns of opened products unless the product is faulty.
b. If an open product is returned for reasons unrelated to the defect, we will charge a handling fee of 25% of the purchase value.

2. Defective Product:
a. If you receive a damaged product, please report it immediately.
b. If the product is damaged, the customer must send part of the product for diagnosis before the return process.

3 Diagnosis process:
a. In the case of damaged products, the customer must send the damaged part to our company for diagnosis.
b. Upon receipt of the diagnosis, the shop will make a decision regarding replacement or refund.
c. Shipping costs for the diagnosed part are paid by the customer.

4. Refund:
a. If a return is approved after diagnosis, we refund the customer using the same payment method as the original transaction.
b. The refund process may take up to 10 working days from the time the refund is approved.

5 Return Conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
b. Products that have been damaged or worn through the fault of the customer cannot be returned.

6 Return Procedure:
